Well, I still like it very much, Jussi .
I think the dress has a nice combined 'presence' ; in keeping with the quality of the Wilah . ![]() I guess when I look at The Solyums' book and I see the size of the rough forging required, then think that somewhere in there when this particular blade was forged was pre-planned this keris ... Well then I am in awe ...

Good pamor work, yet looks to me like a new keris artificially (and aggressively) aged.
A pity, it would be not a bad keris in original state. |

Yes, in the pics it does look recent, but I don't think it is. I cannot know with any certainty from the pics and would need to handle it, but there are a number of stylistic characteristics that are at variance with current production keris. It would not surprise me if this keris does have a bit of age. |
