Hello Detlef,

I think no-one on the forum knows where this one originates.
Probably only the maker knows. And with my little knowledge I think the maker is probably not indonesian.

I think perhaps Marco is saying that he is happy he hasn't seen one like this before and would probably rather not again. Where ever this came from i don't personally find it to be all that attractive either...

Agree David, but this wasn't the question. That it isn't a great masterpiece of art I know!

But who ever have worked it spend some time to do it and it look better in natural. Heavy item and maybe gilded.
My friend was interested from where it coming, that was all.

Yes, understand! I think it depends on the quality of the camera from my friend, he send me some new ones but not really better.
