otherwise, as we say;
- in France "look for the 5 legs sheep"
- in English "look for the white elephant" ...

Am I correct in assuming the pronunciation of "yanarsin" and "ararsin" rhyme? If so, then maybe the choice of a surgeon is simply a convenient literary device?
