thank you Jim,

i've been visiting this forum for quite a while, but only registered to post recently. it has helped me a lot with things like identification and preservation techniques. congratulations - this is a great place to learn the ropes!

i've been collecting indo persian arms for some time. i'm from a sikh background so this example had a particular connection for me. i've been collecting and am learning the science of how they would be traditionally used in battle.
