Hi Antlantia.
Usually these cartridge boxes were at the waist of the warrior so there aren't so many pictures to show them.
I provide you some paintings from Peter Von Hess 1792-1871 that he made during the Greek War of Independence.You can see some warriors wear pairs of these cartridge boxes.

You have perfectly put them into context for me, thank you so much.
I had searched online images for ages and not found anything like the pictures you have supplied.
Excellent examples, just what I wanted, bravo!
