it doesn't look like pure Arabic nor Turkish nor Bosnian written in Arabic lettering...

the person I consult thinks it might perhaps be even Afghan like Dari or Pashtun..?
Her translation is partially and is written in our alfabatic order from left to right translating obviously from right to left the writting on the yathagan
