Sorry for taking this long but this one proved to be a hard nut to crack. At first glance I thought it's the names of seven sleepers but no, this is something else. Any idea Dom? Can it be Arabic?

it's not Arabic, and as far as it's not Turkish ...

- Ouygour ??
- Azeri ?? (similar to azerbaijani)
- Turkmen ??
but also languages Caucasian languages who used Arabic alphabet ...

- abkhazo-adygienn (North-West of Caucase)
- nakho-daghestanien (North-Est of Caucase)
