Well, I think here "üstad" does not necessarily mean the artist. As far as I can tell, the name of the owner present in both inscriptions. But I can't say I am 100% sure.

"Ustaz" is a sign of respectful address in Arabic, similar to "Manager" or "Boss".

..And can you please help about these inscriptions, which exist in both faces? i tried to picture them in two pictures for each inscription. According to me darker is better in this case, but i have brighter pictures too,if you prefer.
