			hi

I like your sword, the handle is really handsome, as far I know, it's look Afgan but after does some adjustments on the "writing", sorry to tell you that I doubt about a meaning for it, may be a blacksmith mark, or ? judge by yourself with "your" new writing picture à + Dom |

It is a pulowar, certainly, and a very nice one at that.

The inscription is problematic as with many "frontier" blades-- it has the necessary characters to form the word ASSAD but they are jumbled. This probably was copied by an illiterate craftsman from a blade with the name Assad Allah upon it. The fact that the inlays are a touch rough and are executed in copper support this. Ham |

			Sorry Ham,

I sent my post without seen yours before your analyse seems better than mine it's true that could be the reminding of 2 "l" letters and in the word "Allah" there are 4 vertical regards à + Dom |
