Ann, I have an old
peshkabz that I believe is wootz. When he handled it, Rick suspected it might be false wootz, however.
I now have the impetus to re-etch a small section of the blade and see what there is to see.
I'll report on my findings and, if indeed it is wootz, you are welcome to use it.
