Need Help Identifying Sword & Markings

This sword is 33 inches long and weighs 1 lb 12 1/4 oz. The Blade is 27 5/8 inches long and approximately 1/4 inch wide at the guard.

Any comments are welcome.

Here in Florida it is probably more humid. Some of my silver items tarnish quickly, while other don't seem to tarnish at all. Renaissance Wax does seem to help.

I talked to a lot of well known collector's before deciding to remove the nasty linseed oil, and I am happy with the results. Anyone else think that they should have been left the way they were?
