Dagger (?) identification

I have won by a auction this set of daggers. The upper one is a Kurdish jambiya (I think) but the one in down I don't know. It was described in the auction as letter opener but I doubt that this is correct.
Someone is able to name this piece and can tell me from where it is? All other informations are welcome. Thank you in advance!
