Default dagger koummya ?

Hello. Would you please help me to ID and date this dagger (Moroccan koummya?)?
There are some inscriptions on the scabbard in Arabic (?); maybe someone can help to decipher them? Thank you!

Hello SF,

To answer your question, yes, it's a Moroccan koummya, age I only can guess, first quarter of the 20.th century?
Can't help with the inscription. I would remove the residue from the polish paste in the cavities.

Regards,
Detlef

A little late but I can help with the translation.

On one picture I see مبارك = blessed

On the other I see سلم = peace and سلم بك = peace upon you.

I am not 100% confident about it since it is written somewhat strangely to me but it seems reasonable.
