For cleaning the blade you can use a rust rubber...

For cleaning the blade you can use a rust rubber and for the brass parts a metal polish, at the black corrosion at the brass part with help from 000 steel wool.

Wolf-Dieter is wrong in this case, the shown dagger is clearly a Faca de Ponta. The scabbard is also very typical for a FdP.
