The head is oversized (almost as wide as the body) and the poor guy is obese as on many modern carvings....

I would guess Java North Coast from the lenght...

I would guess Java North Coast from the lenght (38.5 cm), curved & asymmetric shape at the top, and the decoration located in the center part only. Other opinions are welcome! :)
