Default 1765 Austrian Grenadier Short Sabre

Nice piece, Like a short Hussar sabre..I titled the thread as 1765 Grenadier, but I could be mistaken..

..Blade features typical Turk heads, moon, sun emblems.

Rivet used to stabilize grip.

This is what is in Austria called a "Prima Plana Sabre", a piece for NCOs and bandsmen. Nice sanbre in good condition with interesting blade decoration. Congratulations.
