Default silver mounted Kodagu pichangatti

A silver mounted Kodagu pichangatti collected in London in 1958. Complete with heavy sash chain and chatelaine. A substantial heft, the total weight is 616 grams. Examples in the MET and the British Museum are so similar they may have been made in the same workshop.
$1650 includes insured shipping in the US lower 48.

I just had a weird miscommunication from a buyer who didn't get the price right, I assume he was looking at this on a cell phone. The price is US$ 1650.00, one thousand six hundred fifty.
