Default Rest of pole arms ?

It has a simple edge blade. I'm wondering if it could be a rest of pole arms.
any comment on it will be welcome.

Looks like a glaive socket, European, maybe 16th, 17th century. Parade/guard/processional glaive, rather than a battlefield weapon. Looks like it might have had langets.

Some complete examples, with similar sockets and "guard" at socket/blade junction:

(but most of these have short "wings" at the base of the blade)

Timo,
Thank you so much, this glaive from the ducal guard looks from similar shape and also without wing like mine.

So good that you have it identified so fast, Jean-Luc .
Now you just have to find the other part of the blade .
Bonne chance
