Default new acquitions (tulwar and firang(??))

HI,

Picked these swords recently.

Attached Pics

Can we call the basket hilted sword a Firangi???

I feel it is an Indian blade made in the European style. Correct me if I'm wrong.

All comments welcome.

Regards,
Bhushan

Default Yes you can

Hi Bhushan,

Indeed I would call it a Firanghi.

I look forward to seeing them cleaned up in due course.

Regards

Gav
