blade apears to be a Lumad kampilan; how long is it (the blade)?
Hilt appears to be Batangas or Bikol/Southern Luzon.
Is the tang full length?
This would argue against a rehilt of an originally traditional kampilan.
Too bad I don't have a takouba to swap you

Those look like orbital sander marks, BTW; probably not original to the blade
