Fine Silver Thai/Burmese 'Hanger' Chatelaine or for a knife?

Its so beautiful, I thought I'd take a chance.
It's sort of like a chatelaine but.......
Could it be for a more 'sinister' purpose?
Extremely fine quality, high grade silver, high relief repouse figure of Rama with his bow.
(If its just for keys or something mundane, it'll be for the block!)
