Silver, wood, pearl, sapphire, diamond, enamel, iron, gold, garnet, surely not Greek. All these materials suggest a workshop in Istanbul-Konstantinoupoli.

Hmmmm. Tough call on this one. Possibly made in an Ottoman workshop for a Greek customer (?) One thing I've noticed about Greek guns is their fondness for fancy triggers, such as on this example. Lots of scroll work or even resembling humans. The triggers seem almost a trademark of Greek guns.
