Default Tombak / keris related ...or just a souvenir?

Got this last year from indonesia, Dont know what it is.
Its made of some kind of hard cupper. The (simple) handle is firm attached, and i am fraid when trying to loose it, something will break.

It seems something like a tombak to me, seems to be old but i am not sure.
maybe just a souvenir item to open a letter.....

Any suggestion ?

Looks like a cast item made of brass. Twin dragons figure looks like "naga penganten".
