New land pattern pistol for ID

A friend of mine adquired a new land pattern pistol with letters C and K separated by a line from number 9 engraved in the pommel; and numbers 14 and 139, also separated by a line, engraved in the stock.

Can't you try and improve the pictures?
... also post pictures of the entire pistol and the lock plate?
