Default 1897 Winchester Trench shotgun

Winchester's first pump shotgun was designed to use the new smokeless powder. A fearsome weapon that was very popular with the military as well as hunters.

Here are pictures of mine, outfitted for WW1. It was considered the "soldier's best friend" for close quarter combat. With no trigger disconnect, it would fire as fast as you could pump it, as long as the trigger was held down.

The last picture is my wife Anne with her faithful attack hound. Both looking as mean as they can!
