Default Kayble circumcision knife?

This went up for auction awhile ago, I didn't win it. It was described as a Kayble circumcision knife. It certainly looks a lot like a flyssa as far as decoration/construction is concerned.

Could it be for cutting up/reducing blocks of sugar when making tea ? I know there were "sugar hammers" used in that area...
