This book is rare and has indeed reached very high prices.

The book is complete with a dust cover.

Part of the text of my copy has been underlined by its previous owner. 21 pages are affected, the rest isn't. I will publish some pictures of some of the affected pages. Should you want all the pictures they are available and will send them to you in a private message.

I am asking for €350 for local shipping in the Netherlands. €375 the rest of the EU and €400 outside the EU
