Default old & good Bugis Badik

Hard to find Bugis Badik with damascus blade in original sheath. Slightly curved blade with broader tip, showing a clear damascene pattern. Probably made late 18th or early 19th century, but the blade is in fine good condition. (unstained)

Sheath made of nicely "flamed" aged trembalo hardwood with small silver binding and clip. Sheathfoot made of bone or horn. Handle made in a very nice piece of trembalo, but has unfortunately a crack.

Origin: South or central Sulawesi (Celebes)
Over 100 years guaranteed.
Overall size 14 1/2" , blade 10 1/2"

1 USD startingprice and no reserve
