Yes, more sophisticated than just "tambang badung" pamor. I think it is the type of "dwi warna" pamor (two kinds of pamor) -- if we look the pamor in the sor-soran (beras wutah or ngulit semangka) and tambangan badung from the mid blade to the tip... Nice pamor works

The blade has no iron core; it is solid pamor material as far as I can tell .
