Default Graham phillips

I am looking for a work that the historian graham phillips made.
I was told he made a doctorate in 1995 which summerize all the details of bronze age weapons from the near east, that were found in archeolegy sites, into onw work.
I visited his site and sent him an email, I also tried to post a message in his msn forum. The email was yet to be replied, and every post in the forum must be approved by him, so my post hasnt been arpoved yet.
So I wonder if you know of this work of his?
Even if you dont, do you know in which university he did his docotrate? so maybe I will be able to find information about it there.

Thanks in advance.
