Default A 1500's gun shooting front and backwards

I wonder if Michl knows this one .
Three fix barrels, the top one operating with a matchlock action and, the inferior ones, being ignited by hand.
And, can you imagine, four more 'pistol' barrels placed on the stock, to shoot in the contrary direction, also to be hand ignited.
The three front barrels have a 9,5 mm caliber and the four rear ones are 8 mm.
The gun entire length is 64 cms.
Supposed to be Italian, from about 1500.

Fernando

Oh yeah, Fernando,

I do know this fine small North Italian (Gardone, Val Trompia) arquebus, which was made in the 1530's.

I will post more of it shortly, including lots of additional pictures taken by myself.

Best,
Michl

Crazy!

What was on the back - patina appears missing...
