Default journal

Dear All,

I renew the proposal to establish a journal.

1. We all die, and our knowledge dies with us unless preserved.
2. A lot of articles on swords are published in god forsaken journals/conference proceedings, it takes a major pain/capital investment to get them. I am sure that having a journal would help us to get reprints/works of people from outside of other community.

I understand the journal will most likely die quitly since no one will be doing anything, but may be it will not.
