Small Philippines Knife 4 sale

Hi to you all,
bought this on ebay with a gunong dagger.
I don't know if this is an old tourist piece or not,so comments welcome!!
It's 29 cm long in the scabbard.The scabbard has an inscription "Philippines 1945" so end WO2.The scabbard and hilt have some mother of pearl inlay,some lost(3)
The hilt has a cracked piece reglued and helt together with clothfiber.
The blade is razorsharp! reglued in the hilt.
Feels as a used piece to me.
Price 50 euros with FREE registered shipment anywhere.
