Default Paris

Visted Paris on a short trip and managed to find time to visit Musée de l’Armée at Les Invalides. The area is very decent (no sign of any rioters) and the museum has some interesting displays. I glimpsed vast amounts in storage which suggests that visitors only get to see the tip of the iceberg.

There were some Norman chainmail, Frankish swords, Boabdil’s sword (falchion?), mamluk cavalry armour, Ottoman armour with ”turban helmets”, etc...
