Dojan Khanjar (original maker mark) for sale
Up for sale is a lovely example, with a horn handle (not rhino) the silver mounts are superbly made with a good well made blade. The maker is Abdullah AlDajani of which this style of khanjar was named upon by its southern users. The dagger is solid for its age but signs of use show all around like notches to the edge and the blade not going fully inside due to some residue that I did not try to remove. The scabbard has an old repair to the back. The silver work is in excellent condition with no damage.
I have recently acquired better examples (basically the same fittings with rhino!) so I am letting this one go with hesitation. Price 700$ shipping included. Feel free to ask. |
