Default A raffle on Bladeforums

I hope this is ok to post here. Moderators, if not, please remove. Over at the Himalayan Imports forum on Bladeforums, I am running a raffle to benefit the son of a Kami (khukuri maker from Nepal) who is going to medical school in Latvia. This young man is the first of his family to attend any school, let alone higher education. The kamis belong to the lowest caste in Nepal and very few get any education. Bill Martino, the owner of HI, has helped this young man to get an education and now the members of the forum have started helping out. The student's name is Rameshwor Sunar, and he is attending university in Riga, Latvia. His father is a kami and a sargeant in the army of Nepal.

I am selling tickets for $10 and the winner gets to pick from a selection of my HI khukuris and swords. I've also put up a couple of Philippine pieces, and an old tulwar that is wootz. For each 40 tickets that are sold I will add one drawing. Payment will be by Paypal to sferguson2@triad.rr.com or if you wish to purchase tickets with a check or money order, email me for my address. You may buy as many tickets as you wish. For more details, and to see pictures of what is being raffled, check this thread on Bladeforums

Thanks,
