Default For BJ211! Pistol inscription translation

Since we are all in a sort of translation fever, and so anxious for bj211 help that we jump to each others post (i am doing this also!) i propose we all make an individual post for every one item that we want to be translated. This way it is easier for bj211 to handle them and for the rest of us to follow. It is better for archive also.
So i am posting photos of a balkan pistol with quite an early date and some inscriptions illegible for me. Thsi is a high quality pistol, and i am sure it is not a bazaar piece. I hope for a translation whenever bj211 has time. By the way, Ham thanks for the great explanation on the subject of arabic script!
Regards!
