Pamor seems to be adeg, sheat and hilt are from Madura.

Probably also had a silver pendok blewah at one time .

I'd love to see that blade in stain .

Hard to tell out of stain like this, but i think it might actually be a form of Sada Saler.

IMO, east Java waranka, hilt and wilah. Pamor could indeed be sada saler.

Yes, I agree.. it's kind of prominent although out of stain..

I guess there are too many kerisses listed now under such similar subject titles, and it has gone unnoticed by the membership due to this .
