Default Hello Jasper-help with translation

Hello Jasper. I saw on a recent thread that you were able to identify a swordsmith from a translation. Hoping you might recognize this gentleman. The sword is a small hanger, ealy 18th century. The markings are-

Side 1-(best as I can tell from cursive script) Lu Plifen De osjes Pluys En Olie Flagers Steeg tot Amsterdam

Side 2-Gerret Gurghouft Mr(Master) Swaartvegen in der Kalver Straat

have probably butchered the lettering, but it is so stylized and thus hard to read. Hope you might be able to figure part of it out-
