Default More cutlasses and a Japanese sword for sale.

I'm still slimming down my collection so this is the second batch for sale.
If you're interested in any particular piece pm me and I will send more pictures and a more detailed description.

From the top:
1811 French cutlass – with the sculpted quillon. It is very much rarer than the 1833.
Fair condition for its age but it has been well used. The hilt has a few dents and the blade has been sharpened many times and the point is rounded. The writing on the back of the blade is readable in places …..Klingenthal Septembre 181?
£650

1833 French Cutlass. Good example. Clearly marked on the back of the blade
Manuf re R le de Châtellerault x bre 1847 ( Manufacture Royale de Châtellerault décembre 1847).
Inspector’s cartouches and both anchors still well defined.
£425

Prussian Cutlass also used by Piedmont Sardinia c.1847.
Makers name A& E Holler and inspectors mark of PC on the other side.
£450

Solingen made machete type cutlass made for the Latin American market. Simple cross guard, dark wood handle with small chip repair.
Marked: Fernando Esser/ Elberfeld/ Acero Fundido (cast steel)/ Garantizado (warranted)/ No 87 and with a maned stallion logo.
