Default Re-sized photo

with apologies, I have a hard time figuring out how to reduce the size of some photos. Cropping is convent but non-compliant. Please excuse I was ignorant of this rule. Please see the attached complete photo.

It appears to say in the top part "Clothing" in Arabic transliteration Malboos.

The lower bit reads "Wellness" in Arabic transliteration "Alafia".

There appears to the right in the top word a star shape which is the Star of Suleman.

I think a play on words may be suggested in wearing this weapon to remain in safety...or something similar.

Default Wootz?

In the first picture, there appear to be a pattern on the blade. Could that be wootz? Maybe just rough cleaning or optical artifact. Am I the only one to see it?
Rockelk, in the Paint accessory of windows, there is a "resize" option. I guess the Apple OS has a similar accessory. Very easy to do.

Default Thank You

To All, thank you for your kind responses. You are right I missed the grain structure. I don't think cleaning could produce a series of waves with that structure. Thank you for pointing that out. another day in school for the newbie.
With Regards, rm
