Default Turkish (?) hancer for translation & comments

Another type of hancer I have in my collection, that I would like to learn more about.

It is quite large (55.5 cm / 21.9") and has a possibly wootz blade (it needs cleaning and etching to be sure).

All fittings are silver and the scabbard (which I believe is the original) is marked with a Turgha, which make me believe it is of Turkish manufacture.

Maybe we can learn more about the blade if Kwiatek will be able to translate the writing.
