Default baker rifle

hi chaps, wonder if you can help me out. I understand by reading british military flintlock rifles by mr de witt bailey. that the baker had a number of changes in its life. I am looking for one to complete by collection of british napoleonic flintlocks. and have seen a baker for sale at a dealers stated as an 1810 pattern.however on looking at the pictures i see that it as the split in the stock for the ram rod that was not there for the 1810 pattern, also the sword bayonet mount as been removed for the later fitting of a ring bayonet, the foresight as also been moved back.
the lock is unnamed with just the crown and tower and broad arrow markings. the patch box as the round and square boxes and it looks like an 1805 patch box lid.
would this be correct for a baker, i know that there are lots of reproductions on the market and don,t wish to buy a wrong one.
