Default Keris Madura treated badly

I recently got this keris Madura, someone "restored" it's blade: he sanded it, repainted it with silver paint ( ) and varnish.
After removing the paint (just that) this was the result; some pamor at the base and some near the tip.
To be so rude, what is your advice: do I have to clean it further or do I have to leave it this way?

thanks Sukuh

About the pamor; on the pictures there's a "line" visible, running along the spine, in real that's almost impossible to see ( )
By "do I have to clean it further or do I have to leave it this way?" I did mean: is this keris worth the effort or keep it as an example how people treat kerisses?

I suggest, clean it further from "the vandalism..."
