Guys, I got the translation from another forum. Its Seki ju Okada Kaneyoshi.

Aleksey, as a note, you may have already been told, I don't know but having had a Seki made Naval Katana read for me some time back, the little transformer looking face is the Seki seal/mark part and the actual script on the tang is the rest of the translation. Seki smiths made great blades in the scheme of things, my translation I was told was rather rare and humerous one that in English said "Against Saki Alcholics"
