Default Ottoman Curved Kard.....Translation Help Too!!

Generally we see Islamic kard daggers in a straight form, whether Ottoman, Persian, or Indian. That's what made this one so interesting to me. It's an Ottoman style kard with a lovely, gracefully curved blade in superb condition. The hilt is walrus ivory. The blade is a very low contrast wootz, almost impossible to pick up in the pics. There is gold koftgari work at the bolster. The scabbard is engraved silver.

One of the gold cartouches is in Islamic script, and I am hoping for some translation help!

Comments welcomed.

Hi Charles
very attractive dagger, effectively could be Indo-Persian,
I believe that "kard" have a more straighter blade than that

anyway, connoisseurs gonna deliver their expertise, I'm sure
about the translation, unfortunately don't seems to be in Arabic language
may be in Ottoman or Farsi
just, the Holy name of God has been decrypted

all the best
