Default Sulu PI Kris with silver Jungayyan Pommel

Since there has been such a good response, thought that I'd post another one.

Here is another jungayyan kris with a huge silver pommel. This was bought by a guy I know who was selling Bali-song knives at a gun show. A guy came by with a shopping cart full of PI pieces he had collected during WWII. He asked the Bali-song guy if he wanted to buy some "decorative wall-hangers."

The Bali-song guy, who knew nothing about barong and kris, bought the contents of the cart very cheap. He said that after he bought them the seller was about to just dump the cart on the floor because he wanted to take the cart with him. The seller stopped him and unloaded the cart.

Wish that I had bought this as cheaply! I did get this and some other extraordinary pieces.

Scabbard is new.
