Default

I CAN NOT PLACE THIS BUT I WILL GUESS ITS FROM ONE OF THE MANY ISLANDS ALL NOW PART OF THE VAST INDONESIAN EMPIRE STRETCHING DOWN FROM BALI TO NEW GUINEA AND TO BORNEO. THE EYES ARE MOST LIKELY MADE FROM BONE OR SHELL BUT COULD BE MARINE IVORY WHALE OR DUGONG AS BOTH LIVE IN THE AREA. THEY USUALLY REPRESENT A GUARDIAN FIGURE TO PROTECT THE VILLAGE, HOUSE AND PEOPLE FROM EVIL SPIRITS.
