Hi DewaKarma, welcome to the forum.
From your photos you keris looks to me to be a modern era keris, possibly made in Madura, with 13 luks or waves. The dress looks like a Sumatran style.
Perhaps others will add some more specific comments.

I don't know for sure.. but de ukiran looks Lampong style? Maybe others can confirm that. The blade look not realy old. But it is etched, can't tell iff it's etched by age or by strong acid.
