Default I need translation assistance please, arabic(?), farsi(?), urdu(?)

I would be most grateful if anyone is able to translate the chiseling in the photo attached. Thank you in advance.

Not that I'd be able to read it, but a rubbing might be easier to make out?

Thanks for the attempt to translate. It is very difficult to photograph because the background is dark and the chiseling doesn't come through as crisp as in person. It does seem quite legible in person so I'll have to try and capture a better image or utilize some type of photoshop as Berkely has(Thanks!) to see if I can provide a more crisp image.

I did that manipulation
but till yet the chiseling is confusing the reading
not realy the picture quality, every time a solution to improve it

keep hope
I will have a look around me here ... in Cairo ... may be

I was worked with that

The problem is the lines of metal that are connected to the letters. you can make out a few letters but they get lost in the mix. It is like a big puzzle.
